Lancehawks started with one question: why do businesses spend so much time managing their own tools?
In 2022, we built ClassERP — a complete operations system for Chaitanya's Academy in Pune. Admissions, fees, attendance, exams, hostels, finances, parent communication — everything unified. The system worked great. But what we noticed was more important than the software itself: the moment a business had someone who understood their operations AND their technology, everything changed. Work that used to take hours happened automatically. Staff focused on what mattered.

Founder — Lancehawks
Software engineer and product builder with 4+ years of experience designing, building, and operating production-grade systems across EdTech, PropTech, and SaaS.
Before Lancehawks, he worked as a Technical Product Manager at Mindstix Software Labs — converting business requirements into working software, managing delivery, and sitting at the intersection of technology and operations. That experience is what Lancehawks is built on.
He works directly with every client — from the first conversation to ongoing operations. No handoffs. No account managers in between.
When he's not working, he's probably thinking about robotics, reading about AI infrastructure, or on a road trip somewhere.
