The situation

Chaitanya's Academy in Pune manages thousands of students across multiple programmes. Before ClassERP, their administrative team was manually handling admissions, fee collection, attendance, exam scheduling, and parent communication — across disconnected systems, most of it on paper or spreadsheets.

What we built

We built a complete institution operating system — admissions to alumni. Unified student records, automated fee collection, digital attendance, examination management, parent portals, and staff tools. The admin work that used to consume mornings now runs automatically before anyone arrives.

A zero-brokerage property marketplace. Built and running.

The situation

DCDH Estate needed a full technology platform to connect property owners and tenants in Jaipur — without brokers, without hidden fees. The challenge: owner onboarding, tenant verification, enquiry management, and a referral programme all had to work seamlessly from day one.

What we built

We built the entire platform — verified property listings, owner and tenant portals, WhatsApp OTP login, an enquiry tracking dashboard, and a referral and rewards system. Zero brokerage, end-to-end digital, WhatsApp-first. Live across 20+ localities in Jaipur.

The situation

Buswing operates vehicle booking for hourly rentals, outstation trips, and airport transfers. At peak volumes, managing real-time availability across a fleet, processing bookings from multiple channels, avoiding double-bookings, and handling payment confirmations manually is operationally unsustainable.

What we built

We built a comprehensive booking platform — real-time fleet availability, dynamic pricing, multi-channel booking, automated payments, and an operations dashboard. Double-bookings eliminated. Peak season handled without adding headcount.
